Who Built the Polygonal & Cyclopean Walls of Maliabad Fort in India? | Megalithomania
Located in the Karnataka region of central India, Maliabad Fort is a stunning megalithic complex which officially dates to the 13th Century but is now thought to be much, much older. It has polygonal construction, nubs and cyclopean blocks which resemble those found in Peru. It is famous for its white granite life-size stone elephants and the stonework there is on par with ancient Egypt and Puma Punku in Bolivia. There is also a Shiva temple with a bull statue and lingham constructed of megalithic blocks. The mighty walls are about 30ft high and stretch for 3.5 miles (5KM) but the dating is questionable and therefore the builders remain a mystery. Part two will explore further aspects of this huge site.

For millennia the Callanish stone circle on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides was protected by deep layers of peat with only the tallest stones protruding above the ground. Accumulating over centuries the gradually encroaching peat pre-served this ancient place keeping it safe. In the 1800’s the thick peat was cut away to reveal the true magnificence of the stones. Callanish stone circle ...

Lost Olmec City REVEALED! | Megalithomania
Переглядів 24 тис.21 день тому
Hugh Newman searches for a forgotten major Olmec city in Veracruz, Mexico. The Olmecs date to as early as 1800 BC and the main sites of San Lorenzo and La Venta are well known, but there is one city that has been hidden from the public eye for decades. Laguna De Los Cerros dating to around 1200 BC - 1000 BC is completely overgrown in a rural, swampy part of the Gulf Coast but has revealed many ...

Cefalù in north Sicily hides a remarkable megalithic secret. The town is surrounded by massive cyclopean walls along its northern coast. We explore segments of the gigantic wall including one of its entrances which looks like Alatri in Italy or Tarragona in Spain. The...

That place was obviously heavily quarried. And like many other places with polygonal walls, it doesn't seem to serve a military purpose, even so they're called forts and castles.

Fort of the Giants! I only wonder what all of those most probably genetically engineered entities (i.e. humanoids with extremely enhanced form of gigantism) from all around the world needed such likewise gigantic forts for❓🤔 What was, or perhaps were their main objects, or perhaps natural or (…) artificial ‘phenomena’, or maybe (and probably most likely) yet another hostile entities of fear, obviously arch enemies of theirs, who or that were contemporary to their age❓👀 After all it could be the ‘ordinary’ humans, the ones who were preserved, or maybe spared, all up until today. Still and so far.

Best if you first estimate type of stone. Carry a simple tape measure to show us rough dimensions. Closeups of tool marks. Estimate distance to quarry. Investigate quarry.

I dont know what a@better term would be but "cyclopian" really is not a great word to apply to the megalithic masonory.. Cycl means circular and op means face. I dont recall why Ghram used the word . To me it invokes greek mythology and not a reference to a global megalithic masonic technology Never seen this one before

Strange mishmash of stonework 🤔. Some blocks look as if they could slide out from their surroundings. Like a practice run for other places on the World. And then of course, the mountain in the background looks like a pyramid 🤫

You mentioned an enclosure, with a 50 minute delay. What if AD was covered around the sides with a roof structure similar to a football stadium leaving the center open to sunlight. Because of the roof would that account for the 50 minute time delay? I seriously don't know, just playing with the puzzle pieces.

Also I think the knobs are of several kinds around the world. In this case, it would be to keep a space available if something was placed against it. In other places that are polymer, they are from shaping, and others for moving into place. The stone walls of Sacsayhuamán in Peru, are not even solid stone like these. It’s weird no one ever talks about that. They are thin with rough fill In between . To me, there are at least 3 drastic differences between the megaliths, and the stone at this site above are of the raw solid type meant to last. And seem to have been made as quickly as possible , with some fine finishing .
